He's the inspiration behind it all and led us to making craft spirits in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What it means to be Grain-to-glass
Every drop that comes out of Doc Porter's is made from scratch using locally-sourced grains. We believe in supporting our local farmers and agriculture, which is just one reason that we don't use any processed ethanol (Grain Neutral Spirits). Every product we release is made from start to finish under our distillery roof from milling to mashing to fermentation and bottling.
