DOC PORTER'S VODKA

Doc Porter’s vodka is made from North Carolina wheat that is milled on-site at the distillery. This gives you a regional taste, unique to Doc Porter’s. Our vodka is carefully fermented and patiently distilled, then filtered to smooth out the spirit without removing all the great flavor. Only the hearts of the spirit are included and cut with reverse osmosis- filtered water. The result is a smooth, one of a kind taste we know you’ll enjoy.

DOC PORTER'S GIN

Doc Porter's gin starts with our 100% North Carolina wheat grain-to-glass base. We then vapor infuse our hand-selected blend of spices, herbs, and botanicals to bring you a spirit that is unique and well-balanced. We partner with the Living Kitchen, here in Charlotte, using peels from their fresh made organic, cold-press juices in our vapor infusions. These bright citrus notes, combine with ingredients like chamomile, cardamom and cucumber to compliment the traditional juniper berries, giving you a new and vibrant twist on a traditional gin.

Doc Porter's Bourbon

Doc Porter's High Wheat Bourbon is our grain-to-glass blend of malted barley, corn, and wheat. It is carefully milled, mashed, fermented and distilled to perfection. Then it makes its way into new, white American oak barrels where it patiently waits to be enjoyed. Our Bourbon ages in 15 & 30 gallon barrels, which allow for a more intimate interaction with the oak. 

Doc Porter's Rye

Doc Porter's Rye whiskey is crafted from scratch, using the finest North Carolina grains (95% rye, 5% malted barley). After distilling to perfection, the flavorful spirit rests in 15 or 30 gallon American white oak barrels.
